Caroline graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2014 and from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Laws in 2018.
Caroline first joined MKI Legal’s Family Law team as a Paralegal in 2018, and upon her admission to the legal profession, commenced as a Family Lawyer in 2019.
Since joining MKI Legal, Caroline has worked under the guidance and mentorship of our senior family lawyer, Jeff Hewitt and has gained invaluable knowledge in all areas of family law. She has had experience and exposure to all areas of property and children’s matters including drafting legal letters, court forms, binding financial agreements, child support agreements and representing clients in the Family Court of Western Australia.
Caroline is a passionate family lawyer and focused on reaching fair and just outcomes for all clients. Prior to joining MKI Legal, Caroline gained legal experience in various law firms and community legal centres including The Humanitarian Group, Aboriginal Legal Service and Street Law.
In her spare time Caroline enjoys going to the beach, travelling, yoga, volunteering and playing the cello in her local community orchestra.
Caroline is a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia, the Law Council of Australia (Family Law Section), the Women Lawyers of Western Australia and the Asian Australian Lawyers Association.
